Ruben Cruz, CPA, CIA, CRMA, CEO and Founder of Crulliance
Ruben Cruz, CPA, is CEO and Founder of Crulliance, LLC, a next-generation CPA firm dedicated to providing world-class accounting and tax solutions for small businesses and individuals. Ruben and his team are passionate about helping small businesses thrive.
When Ruben works with his small business clients, he blends business strategy, financial expertise, unwavering integrity, audit principles, and technology smarts, providing a fresh, unique and profitable approach to accounting, tax and advisory services. He works with businesses in all industries, including SaaS, retail, and hospitality.
Ruben is a licensed CPA in Florida. He has also earned a Certification in Risk Management Assurance and is a Certified Internal Auditor. He is a member of the Florida Institute of CPAs (FICPA) and is honored to have been nominated for the FICPA’s 2019 Horizon Awards.
In his community, Ruben serves as a board member of ECHO (Emergency Care Help Organization) and as a board member of Tampa International Airport Police Department Guardians Foundation. He served two years as Vice President of Communications of the West Coast Chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors.
Prior to starting his own firm, Ruben held various audit positions at two large companies and a CPA firm, working with privately-owned as well as publicly-traded companies on various assurance projects including audits, internal control assessments, and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.
Ruben earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with family, sports and outdoors.
Vickie L. Andrews, CPA, Audit Manager
Vickie L. Andrews, CPA, is the Audit Manager at Crulliance, LLC. She enjoys helping clients become more effective and efficient in their businesses. Her responsibilities include managing client audits, compilations and reviews as well as providing internal control and forensic accounting services. With 35 years of assurance experience, Vickie has worked with all types of entities, including governmental, not for profit, broker dealers, and publicly and privately held entities.
Vickie is a licensed CPA in Florida and was one of the few who passed all four parts of the CPA exam in one sitting. She has over a decade’s worth of Sarbanes-Oxley experience and has held various tax, accounting, consulting, auditing positions throughout her career. She has led a large statewide internal control implementation for the State of Tennessee. For Vickie, the most rewarding part of her job is the long-term relationships formed with clients who have grown to trust her.
Vickie earned her degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida and has completed post graduate studies in forensic accounting and tax. When she is not working, she enjoys camping in the woods, watching Power on TV, and spending time with her 15-year-odl rat terrier and a 2-year-old rescued hound dog.
Erin Amarosa, Marketing and Client Services Manager
Erin Amarosa is Marketing and Client Services Manager at Crulliance LLC. She loves meeting new people and building relationships. Her responsibilities include providing high-quality customer service to clients, performing client accounting services, and developing new business for the firm.
Prior to working for Crulliance, Erin held various positions including office administrator, fundraiser, sales, communications, company representative, and model. She likes a good challenge and loves to exceed expectations. In her community, she has raised more than $25,000 for her children’s school serving as Vice President of Fundraising for the PTA.
Erin holds a BA in Communications from the University of South Florida. When she is not working, she enjoys boating, fishing, concerts, working out, and watching The Walking Dead. She relishes family time with her two kids, husband of 17 years, and a very spoiled miniature schnauzer named Lucy.
